Keen to try wheel throwing, but don’t want to commit to a full course in case you are not sure it will be for you?

Then why not enrol in our ‘Wheel introduction-try before you buy class’ taught by Marc Sauvage. It’s a 4 hour workshop where you will be taken through the processes of preparing your clay for wheel throwing, centring clay on the wheel, and the basic fundamentals of throwing a small simple bowl.

This experience will provide you with a strong fundamental start to wheel throwing should you wish to pursue this technique further, but either way you will have a fun messy time.

All course materials and equipment will be supplied. The firing of your pot is also included.You will need to bring an apron, a towel and wear closed in shoes for safety.
